June – Ranger U (Biliary)

A very sick little Ranger was brought to us at Caledonia Dip Day on 19 May. He was diagnosed as having a bad case of biliary (life threatening tick borne disease) by Kamfinsa Vet, where he was immediately admitted and treated. He stayed and continued to receive treatment at the vet until 24 May. Ranger was also recovering from a recent break, so once discharged, he came home with us for rehabilitation. On 6 June we returned him to his home, together with a small kennel that had kindly been donated to us!
