REX M (Broken leg)

On 5 June Rex, a guard dog, was brought to our attention. Someone had beaten him and he sustained a broken leg.
We took him into Kamfinsa Vet where his leg was repaired and he was discharged into our care on 7 June. He remained with us for a few days confinement and was sent home, but unfortunately his cast was rubbing him badly, so he was taken back to the vet on 21 June where another cast was made for him – this one came off entirely within the next few days and as his leg became very swollen, we had to take him back to the vet on 28 June. After a few days recuperating with us, he will soon be sent home again.
